Preparatory Course for Admission to Government Schools Primary 2/3/4/5

The Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) and its supplementary counterpart (S-AEIS) serve as the centralized pathways for international students to enter Singapore’s mainstream primary and secondary schools. The AEIS is held in September/October for enrollment at the start of the following academic year, while the S-AEIS takes place in February/March for mid-year entry based on available vacancies.

For primary levels (ages 7 to 12), candidates seeking entry into Primary 2 through Primary 5 must first achieve specific Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) scores to be eligible for the AEIS Mathematics test. This two-step process ensures students possess the foundational English and Mathematics proficiency essential for successful integration into the Singapore national curriculum.
